Dual Special Needs Plan -Free Workshop

April 30, 2025

As you may know, Blue Cross of Idaho is no longer able to provide D-SNP coverage. As a result, any of your clients who receive medical coverage from the Blue Cross of Idaho D-SNP program, will need to make some decisions regarding steps going forward. The options available are outlined in the attached flyer from the Department of Health and Welfare.

These decisions need to be put into effect by June 1, 2025, or your client may risk unwanted changes to their access to healthcare. Because of the urgency of this change, I’m offering a free seminar on Wednesday, April 30th at 2:00pm – 3:00pm to help care providers like yourself, to become educated and receive help navigating these changes for your client. We hope that clients with Guardians or Medical Powers of Attorney will join you in this effort.

The event will be at my office at 1078 Curlew Drive, Ammon Idaho, 83406. Feel free to bring your clients if they are not in a day program. Refreshments will be served. I’d appreciate an RSVP so I can plan accordingly.
